Here is an example of what it would be like to work with 48 Hour Real Estate to solve your real estate problem.

  1. You start out by submitting the On-Line Fast Form. All your information is 100% confidential and will be routed to a 48 Hour Real Estate property buyer. Our property buyer will run preliminary reports on your house.
  2. Within 24 hours we'll get your information together and set up an appointment to view your house. We'll do our inspections and gather all the data we need from you.
  3. After getting all the information that we need from you we will work with you to figure out how we can help you achieve your goal. After listening to your needs we will make a written offer (possibly two different offers) on your house within 48 hours.
  4. Upon acceptance of the written contract we will search the title making sure it is clear. This takes approximately two days if title is free and clear and longer if title is dirty. Dirty titles could take up to a few weeks longer to clear up depending.

We could then make an offer on your house the next day (day 2). You could accept our offer (day 3). If your title were clean with little complications we could have that report back in two days (day 5). Then if the closing agent can set up the appointment for the next day you could have your check for your house in six days (day 6).
